How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping expenses differ depending on exactly what you are ordering and where we are delivering to. To discover the rate for your products, simply include the products you wish to your shopping cart. Where do you ship Parol from?

All our Parol delivery are delivered from our head office in Trier, Germany. We use DHL for all our shipments.

Do you have a retailer I can visit?

You can visit us in our office in TRIER. All of our orders are processed through our website and shipped to their locations through DHL (depending on the destination).

Can I get my order from your shop?

What bulbs are used in your parols?

Parol LED lights – A few of our parols use LED lights. Parols with LED lights will be determined in the product descriptions.

The bulbs we utilize are routine night-light bulbs that can easily be obtained from a supermarket or hardware store. The bulbs low energy, usually have a long lifespan and they should not have to be replaced typically.

What is the Parol Voltage?

All our Parol is set up for the basic EU 220 voltage and uses LED lights unless suggested as 4-watt nightlight bulbs.

Do you offer your products Parol wholesale?

Yes, we do use wholesale rates for Parol Capiz. There is a minimum order of 20 capiz parols to get the wholesale rates. Please email us at onlineparolshop@gmail.com for additional information.

A Parol bulb isn’t really lighting. What can I do?

We wish to guarantee you that each product is personally checked and checked prior to it is packaged and shipped to you.

When you plug in your Parol, not all the lights start because of the sequence pattern. It happens in some cases, just give the lights and blinkers a minute or 2 to warm up. Once it’s warmed up, the lights will come on according to their lighting sequence.

If the light still doesn’t begun, it could be a loose bulb. Sometimes, throughout transit, the bulbs can come loose due to the vibrations of the truck and or airplane when out for shipment.

It is simple enough to repair. The back of the parol is protected with screws and can easily be opened. Tighten up the bulbs initially to see if they are loose. If you have to change the Parol bulb, it can be done utilizing LED Lights, and/or a basic 4-watt night-light bulb found in your regional grocery or hardware store.

My item arrived damaged. Exactly what do I do?

Although we strive to package each product with care, we can not control what occurs to bundles in transit. We have a process in place to handle harmed items. Please email and contact us right away of the harmed item. DO NOT mail back the damaged product without contacting us, we will not refund you the cost of returned deliveries if you did not get approval or discuss your issue with our client service group.
